Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Zanussi Dryer.
Prevent Fluff Accumulation
Ensure that fluff does not accumulate around the dryer. This can be prevented by regularly cleaning the filter after every drying cycle to maintain efficient operation.
Proper Installation
Place the dryer on a firm, level surface to minimize vibration and noise. Use a spirit level to ensure the machine is perfectly level, adjusting the two front feet as necessary.
Avoid Overloading
Do not overload the dryer with excessive laundry. Follow the recommended load sizes for different fabric types to ensure effective drying.
Regular Filter Cleaning
Clean the filter after each drying cycle with a damp cloth. A clogged filter can impede airflow and reduce drying efficiency.
Proper Ventilation
Ensure that the air-intake louvres at the back of the dryer are not obstructed by any items. The dryer should have its own ventilation system, vented to the open air.
